I’ve shopped on plenty of higher-end sites before, so I was surprised by how rough this experience was. The pages were loading slowly, my cart kept glitching, and the checkout process was confusing enough that I didn’t feel comfortable entering my payment info. I ended up just giving up. For a luxury site, I expected a much smoother experience.

I thought the packaging from rosantica.com would feel a lot nicer . The item showed up in a flimsy box , and inside it just looked messy , like someone packed it in a hurry . The tissue paper was all crumpled up , and the whole presentation felt kind of cheap . For the price , I expected the unboxing to feel special , not like something from a random bargain order online . Really disappointing .

I’m really into the style of Rosantica, the designs feel super unique and VERY dressy in a good way. Some of the pieces are a bit too extra for everyday wear, but they’re still gorgeous and would be perfect for a special occasion

I got a bag from Rosantica i thought it would just be nice, but actually it looks even better in person. The beading is so neat, and the metalwork feels really solid. At first I was going to say it’s more of a special occasion piece, but no, I can definitely see myself finding excuses to use it more often. It just feels like it was made with real care.

I ordered this Rosantica bag a little while ago, I think maybe late last month or the month before, expecting it to look like the photos. When it arrived, it just felt different in person. The color wasn’t quite right, and the little details didn’t look nearly as clean or polished as they did online.
For the price, I expected it to feel more solid and closer to the pictures. It’s disappointing when the product photos make something look way nicer than what actually shows up. I wouldn’t order it again

I bought this from Rosantica thinking it would feel a lot more special for the price, but i was kind of disappointed. It looks great in photos, I’ll give it that, but once I had it in hand, it just didn’t feel like something that should cost that much. Maybe I was expecting too much, who knows, but I couldn’t help thinking I could’ve found something really similar for way less. Definitely had a bit of buyer’s remorse with this one

The label downloaded without any weird formatting issues, which I always notice, and the refund hit my account sooner than I thought it would. Support also replied quickly and actually answered my question instead of sending some vague copy-paste response. No drama, no chasing anyone, just a smooth return

I even emailed them to ask what was going on, but I never got a clear answer. For what I paid for shipping, I expected a lot better. Definitely not ordering from them again.
